17:30

Cereal, a go to for breakfast. Trust me there is nothing I love more than fast, convent and tasty food and Nestlé Curiously Cinnamon has that written all over it. But lets face it, the usual cereal gets a bit boring having it back to back, day in, day out. So here are 8 alternatives to cereal that are convent, tasty and above all healthy!

Ingredients
  • 1 large banana, ripe to overripe & mashed (around 200g)

  • Mash the banana, whisk the eggs and place in a bowl along with the baking powder
  • Heat a frying pan with an oil of your choice, I used coconut and spoon the mixture in to create 4 small fluffy pancakes
