Sriracha Popcorn

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup popping corn
  • Sriracha (amount due to taste)
  • In a deep pot add the olive oil and popping corn over a low heat. 
  • Allow the corn to pop. Take the popcorn off the heat when 5 seconds can be counted between pops, otherwise the popcorn will start to burn.
  • Place the popcorn in a bowl and drizzle over Sriracha sauce and mix 
  • For more spice add more Sriracha, or less depending on taste.
