Sriracha Popcorn
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup popping corn
- Sriracha (amount due to taste)
Method
- In a deep pot add the olive oil and popping corn over a low heat.
- Allow the corn to pop. Take the popcorn off the heat when 5 seconds can be counted between pops, otherwise the popcorn will start to burn.
- Place the popcorn in a bowl and drizzle over Sriracha sauce and mix
- For more spice add more Sriracha, or less depending on taste.
