Sweet Potato Crisps
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sweet potato, finely sliced
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Place the oil and sweet potato slices in a roasting tin and sprinkle salt and pepper over them, you can also add any other seasoning you fancy such as rosemary or spices.
- Once the sweet potato slices have been coated chuck in the over at 150 C for 30 - 45 minutes or until the edges start to turn up and golden.
- When they are ready, take them out of the roasting tin and place them on a sheet of kitchen roll and allow to cool completely before eating.
